Returns Process

Information about returning medicines and what to do if you have leftover or unwanted medication.

Sometimes, you may have leftover medicines for various reasons, like changes in your prescription or not needing as much as expected.

Important: According to NHS rules, we cannot accept returns of prescription medicines in person at our pharmacy. Prescription medications cannot be returned or exchanged due to safety and legal reasons.

How to Return Unwanted Medicines

Just give us a call or send an email, and we will help you with the return process. Depending on the situation, we may even provide special packaging for safe returns.

Remember, you can return unwanted medicines to any pharmacy, not just the one you got them from. If you're unsure where to find a pharmacy nearby, simply search "Pharmacy" on Google Maps.

Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, please let us know within 7 days of receiving it. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, covering any shipping costs. Please do not attempt to use damaged medication — contact us immediately.

Prescription Medicines

Prescription medications cannot be returned or exchanged due to safety and legal requirements. Once a prescription has been dispensed and leaves the pharmacy, it cannot be re-dispensed to another patient. This is to protect patient safety and comply with medicines legislation.

If you have any concerns about your prescription medication, don't hesitate to contact us and we'll do our best to assist you.
